Carrie Underwood got her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday, and got pretty emotional in her induction speech

  • 7:32 am Friday, September 21st, 2018 by Estee

She said she wanted to explain how a girl from Checotah, Oklahoma ended up where she was . . . and got about a sentence in before she started crying.

Basically, she talked about all the people who believed in her . . . her family, the fans and judges on “American Idol”, the people at Capitol Records.  Her star is right outside the Capital Records building too, which is a nice touch.

Our favorite part was when she talked about how her parents would enter her in singing contests, and got her an old mixing board and giant speakers to [More]

Kanye West Went After Drake, Nick Cannon, and Tyson Beckford

  • 7:30 am Friday, September 21st, 2018 by Estee

Kanye West felt the need to unload on some people, so he did it in a series of Instagram videos.  He went after Drake, Nick Cannon and Tyson Beckford.

He’s mad at Drake over rumors that Kim K had an affair with him.  And some people think that the “Kiki” Drake refers to in “In My Feelings” is Kim . . . and that was Drake’s way of keeping the story alive.

Kanye said, “The fact that it’s people making rumors or thinking that you [effed] my wife and you not saying nothing and you carrying it like that.  That don’t sit well with my [More]

  • 7:16 am Thursday, September 20th, 2018 by Estee

This isn’t official yet, but everyone on the planet is reporting that Maroon 5 is heading up the Super Bowl Halftime Show.

The band won’t comment, and here’s all the NFL will say . . . “It’s a Super Bowl tradition to speculate about the performers for the Pepsi Halftime Show.

“We are continuing to work with Pepsi on our plans but do not have any announcements to make on what will be another epic show.”

Two mentions of Pepsi in a two-sentence statement.  Well played, Mr. Goodell.  Well played.

The Super Bowl goes down February 3rd at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

The Director of “Black Panther” Has Joined LeBron James’ “Space Jam” Sequel

  • 7:09 am Thursday, September 20th, 2018 by Estee

Yesterday, LeBron announced that “Black Panther” and “Creed” director Ryan Coogler is coming on-board as a producer . . . and that guy’s pretty hot right now, so he’s not going to waste his time with something that won’t be made.

There are no specifics on the story, but supposedly it will NOT be based on the original movie, and is NOT being considered a sequel.  Of course it WILL involve the Looney Tunes, just like the original.

And they’re hoping to get Michael Jordan involved somehow . . . maybe for a cameo.

The rough plan is for production to start NEXT summer.

She said, “Right now I need to spend more time at home, with my husband and our young son, so I’ve decided to leave ‘The Talk’ . . . I will always, always cherish the memories we shared.”

Chrissy Teigen Says We’re Pronouncing Her Last Name Wrong

  • 7:49 am Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 by Estee

Chrissy Teigen posted a video on Twitter saying, “I’m tired of living this lie.  It’s TY-GEN, not TEE-gen, like everyone says it.   She then asked her mom, who was also in the video, and she confirmed it.

Now, it couldn’t have gone on this long without Chrissy participating in it, and she basically embraced it professionally because she got tired of correcting everybody.

When a follower pointed out that SHE says it wrong too, Chrissy owned up to it and said, “I know.  I [More]

A Guy Stole the Show by Proposing at the Emmys Last Night

  • 7:45 am Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 by Estee

Two moments REALLY stuck out last night at the Emmy’s.

Betty White was brought out onstage and honored for . . . well, I guess for still being alive.  After all, she’s 96 years old.  Sadly, she wasn’t quite the Betty White of a few years ago.

She’s in great shape for 96, and she produced several moments of genuine comedy, but she also had a little trouble delivering her speech.  It may finally be time to accept the fact that the years are catching up to her.

But not long after that, the show was completely stolen by a guy you’ve never even [More]

Did Post Malone’s Bad Luck Come from an Encounter With a Haunted Box?

  • 8:48 am Monday, September 17th, 2018 by Estee

Post Malone has had a serious run of bad luck lately.  He was in a car accident, he was on a plane that had to make an emergency landing, and a home he used to own was targeted by armed robbers who thought he still lived there.

He even tweeted, “God hates me lol.”

But maybe he brought it on himself?? He messed with one of the most haunted objects in the world.

It’s called the “dybbuk box,” and it’s an old wine cabinet that’s supposedly haunted by an evil spirit from Jewish mythology called a dybbuk.  The 2012 movie “The [More]
