An 18-year-old college student saves lives with a simple act of kindness

There’s a bridge in northern England called Sunderland Bridge.  And unfortunately, it’s a hot spot for suicides.  But check this out . . .

An 18-year-old college student named Paige Hunter recently came up with an idea, and attached more than 40 UPLIFTING NOTES to the side of the bridge.

They say things like, “You’re not alone,” and “Even though things are difficult, your life matters.”

And now the local police force has given her a commendation for it, because they say the notes have already helped save the lives of at least SIX PEOPLE.

Cardi B is claiming her husband Offset was wrongfully arrested by police in Georgia when he was pulled over for crossing a double yellow line and they found firearms in the vehicle. Cardi says those guns do not belong to him and she is working hard with his attorneys to get his felony charges dropped.

G-Eazy could be getting into movies now

G-Eazy is putting music on the back burner, because he’s determined to become an actor.

He says he’s signed with a super big talent agency and has been auditioning for roles, primarily in movies.

Selena Gomez Hasn’t Been Thinking About Justin Bieber

What does Selena Gomez think about Justin Bieber’s engagement?  Nothing, apparently.  A “source” says, “She’s recording new music and gearing up for new projects.

“She hasn’t been thinking about Justin.  She’s in a great place and is very happy.”

Another source says their reunion earlier this year was doomed, in part because Selena’s mom couldn’t accept it.  Quote, “It was like their past tainted everything.  It wasn’t possible for them to have a future.”  (People)

Oprah Just Googled Herself, and Was Thrilled with the Results

Usually when celebrities Google themselves, they HATE the results.  But Oprah isn’t your typical celebrity.

She claims she recently Googled herself for the FIRST time, and she was THRILLED with what she learned.  Like, quote, “I was the first African-American self-made billionaire . . .

“[I] did not know that!  [And I] donated more to charity in the 20th century than any other African American.”

Mark Zuckerberg Is Now the World’s Third-Richest Person

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has overtaken Warren Buffet to become the world’s third-richest person.  He’s now worth $81.6 billion, about $373 million more than Buffett.  (It’s crazy that $373 million is just one step up.)

Zuckerberg only trails Amazon’s JEFF BEZOS with $142 billion and Microsoft founder BILL GATES with $94.2 billion.

And now for the first time the three richest people all made their fortunes from technology.

Zuckerberg just passed Buffett on Friday, when Facebook shares climbed 2.4%, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
